Whilst Giulian is not the newest addition to the team, his journey in the legal field began at Whitsunday Law as a receptionist in 2022. He continued to work his way through the ranks in conveyancing and then under the watchful eye of Mrs Kellee Fogg, Director, as her personal assistant where he learnt the ropes of what it meant to be a Solicitor at Whitsunday Law.
After his admission in October 2024, he now assists our clients with all their Criminal, Traffic, Domestic Violence, Civil claims and Family Law matters. He also “dabbles” in more alternative areas such in the Planning and Environment Court, Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) and the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) matters – no one said he wasn’t an overachiever!
In his spare time (that he totally gets), Giulian is an avid music lover and instrumentalist (although we don’t believe him when he tells us that he doesn’t receive noise complaints in his area) and in a prior life was a professional violinist and teacher.
