Giulian is our newest Solicitor to the firm. He finished his studies in early 2024, graduating with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Griffith University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law. With those degrees under his belt, he was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland as a Solicitor on the 8th October 2024.
Whilst the title is new, he joined the Whitsunday Law team in 2022 having since moved through the ranks as a receptionist and personal assistant to Mrs Kellee Fogg, Director/Legal Practitioner.
Areas of focus for Giulian include Criminal Law, Wills and Estates, Commercial Conveyancing, and Litigation.
