Kellee Fogg Legal Practitioner Director/Principal
Kellee Fogg has been with Whitsunday Law as a solicitor since 2004 and as it’s Director since 2016.
Kellee has an impressive repertoire of experience in many facets of law, including but not limited to, wills and estates, debt recovery, business law, commercial law and her main passion, property law. Kellee’s one-on-one client focused, and practical methods make her highly sought after in her fields of expertise.
Kellee’s “spare” time when she is not running a busy law firm is the domestic bliss of being a personal maid/assistant/consultant/chef/taxi and dance mum to her children alongside her husband. As a master of time management, patience and the complicated niches of law Kellee combines process, cost effectiveness, legal knowledge with practicality when acting for her clients.
As the head of the Whitsunday Law team, Kellee strives to set an example of professionalism and genuine care for clients and in doing so, has gained the loyalty of a team of professionals who “would take a bullet for her, not in the heart or anything, but definitely in the leg”.

With a sharp attention to detail to compliment her knowledge and experience in Conveyancing, Property Law, Succession and Family Law, Tahlia’s expertise and thoroughness in these fields make her a vital part of our team and an asset to anyone requiring legal assistance.
Tahlia’s warm friendly demeanor and love of the law make her a passionate and dedicated advocate for her clients, and mixing these traits with her sharp wit, penchant for literature, good chocolate and splash of sass makes her a solicitor to rival even some of her more experienced colleagues. Giulian Grasso Solicitor
Giulian’s journey with Whitsunday Law began in 2022, not as a lawyer, but as a receptionist and conveyancing assistant. From there, he steadily climbed the ranks: first mastering conveyancing, then learning the finer points of legal practice as personal assistant to our Director, Mrs Kellee Fogg. Under her guidance, Giulian discovered what it truly means to be a Solicitor at Whitsunday Law.
Since his admission in October 2024, Giulian has been assisting clients across a broad range of matters, including Criminal, Traffic, Domestic Violence, Civil claims and Family Law who he had the privilege of working alongside and learning from our alumni Consultant, Mr John Ryan, who during his time at the office had taken Giulian under his wing in those areas ensuring he learnt from the best.
Never one to shy away from a challenge, Giulian also “dabbles” in more specialised areas such as the Planning and Environment Court, Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT), and Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) matters…because who said you can’t be an overachiever?
When he’s not in the office (and yes, he does get some spare time), Giulian is a passionate music lover and multi-instrumentalist. While he claims he’s never had a noise complaint from his neighbours, we’re not entirely convinced! Before joining the legal profession, Giulian enjoyed a career as a professional violinist and teacher.

Sienna Mau Senior Conveyancing Paralegal
Sienna is our conveyancing paralegal with a long-standing connection to the firm, having first joined our team following high school work experience before returning as an after-school staff member and later progressing into conveyancing administration. She has been in our first point of contact for all things cottage conveyancing since 2020.
Raised in a cane farming family and later moving out west (where there’s a little more cowboy than farmer) Sienna understands firsthand that property is more than just land and paperwork. It’s where life happens. It’s where families build memories and where legacy is created. This perspective shapes the way she approaches every matter.
Grounded in regional values, Sienna brings a strong work ethic, and genuine pride in doing things properly the first time. Sienna works remotely, with monthly office visits, but remains readily available and prides herself on being responsive and efficient.

Sheri Flynn Office Manager
Sheri is the driving force behind the scenes of Whitsunday Law. With over 25 years of experience in law firms and over a decade of business, accounting, and managerial expertise.
Sheri is responsible for the everyday running of not only the inter-office procedures and policies, accounts, and HR management, she also ensures that the firm remains compliant with best practices, legislation, and Queensland Law Society requirements in all aspects of the firms running. This allows our clients to be rest assured that their legal matters, finances, and confidentiality are being maintained to the highest of standards. We also truly need her because she is better at math than any of the rest of us, by a lot.
Outside of the office Sheri also has a managerial role at home, overseeing a staff of three (referred to as her husband and children) and fills what minimal spare time with exercise, gardening, gaming, and a “small” shopping addiction for high fashion and blind boxes.

Jane Harvey Paralegal/JP (Qual)
With a background spanning real estate, QCAT dispute processes, and finance, Jane brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to assisting both private and corporate clients through claims and debt recovery pathways. Her experience is grounded in years with the Whitsunday Law team, where she has developed particular strength in drafting wills and powers of attorney, while also supporting the family law team with procedural and administrative processes.
Jane regularly assists executors and families in the administration of estates, shouldering much of the administrative burden during what is often a challenging time, and ensuring processes whether probate applications or intestacy matters progress as smoothly as possible.
Outside the office, Jane’s “spare time” is a carefully balanced blend of ongoing legal studies (with a growing interest in succession and tort law), helping run a small business with her husband, and serving as an unofficial pro bono mediator and occasional litigator—to her children. She is ultimately accountable, however, to the true head of the household: Basil, her highly persuasive mini fox terrier.
